**Ordering Terms and Conditions**
All orders we ship out will require a Signature Upon Delivery.
We will only ship to the verified billing address of the card used to place the order.
If you have recently moved or changed any billing information that has not been processed and reflected by your bank — Please do not place the order.
All orders that have unverified billing address, billing zip codes, or CVV codes will be cancelled out and not processed.
Any order that is returned to us after the maximum failed delivery attempts, will incur a 25% restocking fee. The remaining balance of the order will be refunded within 30 days from date of return.

**How long will my order take?**
Once payment is received, most orders are processed and shipped out in 3 business days.

Some pieces take more time than others and may take longer if they are not in stock. Out of stock pieces can take up to one week to complete before they are ready to ship out. Please understand that these pieces are handmade and can take up to 2 weeks for delivery.

We will contact you if there will be any delay in shipping.

**Shipping Information**
We use USPS, UPS Ground and FedEx Ground with delivery confirmation to ship orders.
Everything is discreet with no indication of the products inside.
You can expect to receive item 5-7 business days after you receive email with tracking information.
We only ship MON-FRI

**Do you require a signature on your packages?**
All orders we ship out will require a signature upon delivery for security reasons. This is to prevent fraud and underage orders. We are very serious about preventing illicit orders.

**Do you accept returns?**
IMPORTANT: WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT ITEMS THAT ARE COMPLETELY UNUSED. IF AN ITEM HAS BEEN USED, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT IT. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We want you to be a 100% satisfied! We understand sometimes a package may not come to your expectations or you simply do not like it. We will gladly offer you a 7-day return period from delivery date.

In order to return a product you will need to first contact us to obtain an RMA number. Items returned without an RMA number will be subject to a 25% restock fee.

Please contact us so we can ensure you get proper instructions on how to return products. Make sure you include your order ID# in all correspondence with us

**I need to cancel an order**
If you need to cancel an order for whatever reason, please contact us immediately and make sure to include your order number so we can respond quickly to your request. It usually takes 2-3 business days before we ship orders so if you contact us sooner than later there is a chance we can cancel the order without any penalties.

Cancelled orders that have already been shipped will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

This restocking fee covers charges on our end as well as charges from our credit card processor for issuing refunds.

**How durable are the pieces?**
Each piece is hand crafted from heavy wall (also referred to as double wall) Pyrex glass tubing. The finished product is annealed to rid the glass of any stress induced during the working process. They are very resistant to impact and thermal shock. Glass is still glass and it will break if abused.

**What if the glass breaks during shipping?**
If an item is broken during shipping, we can only refund or replace the piece if it is completely unused.

We try very hard to ensure that all of our packages arrive safely. However, we realize that this does not always happen. When you first receive your package, inspect it first to make sure that everything is in excellent condition. If there is something that is not satisfactory, take photos immediately and contact us with your order number and photos.

We will try to replace the broken item, or if that is not possible, we can offer a refund or exchange for the
piece. Exchanges must be of equal value to the broken item.

If there is a breakage during shipping, we must be informed of the breakage. Please inform us within 48 hours of the package arrival.

We will NOT accept returns on broken items after the item has been used. There are NO exceptions to this.

If you have received the wrong item, we will ship a replacement and send a call tag for the wrong item(s). If the item is out of stock, we will ship the item as soon as item is available. You could also select a different item of the same price as a replacement.

Also we do not make returns or exchanges for merchandise that is listed colors may vary. By ordering these types of merchandise, you agree to this condition and know that the colors or pattern you get can’t be exchanged or returned.

By purchasing any item from our web site you are agreeing to all of these terms.

We can not guarantee arrival dates or times. While we try our best to prevent any delays, orders may be held up due to unforeseen circumstances.

**Are the photos the actual pieces for sale?**
Unless otherwise stated, the photos are only visual representations of the pieces being offered for sale. Each piece is unique due to the hand crafted and creative aspects of the art of glass blowing. Your glass will look similar in shape and design, but there will be some variation from piece to piece.

**What payment methods do you accept?**
We only accept VISA & Mastercard at this time.

We do not accept Paypal due to their restrictions on Glass Pipes and Functional Glass Art.
